Marble Coasters

Is the coaster made of real marble?

The coaster is made of ceramic with black and white marble patterns.

Is the customisation waterproof?

Yes, the writing is waterproof and you can rinse it under running water. It is however not scratch-proof (ie. scrubbing it with rough sponge might cause the writing to come off).

Can I choose the colour of the ink?

The customisation is available in white ink only.  

How would you deliver my coaster? Will it shatter along the way?

We try our best to pack them as securely as possible before mailing it out to you.

For agate without gift wrapping, we bubble wrap it tightly to minimise the risk of it breaking on its wat to you. If this is still a concern, we suggest you opt for the gift wrapping service, as coaster will have a layer of cushion (in the gift box) and protected by the gift box.

Do you do bulk order?

Yes we do. For order above 10 pieces, do drop us an enquiry at hola.jadorestudio@gmail.com to get special rate for bulk order.

What is the turnaround time?

Each order below 10 pieces is usually ready for dispatch between 3-5 days. Once items are ready, they will be mailed out after the full payment has been made and received.

Can I pack more than one coaster in one gift box?

Yes you can. The gift box can hold up to 3 coasters.
